At Lebanonaholic, each tour day is privately reserved for our guests. When a booking is confirmed, that date becomes unavailable to other clients. For this reason, the following policy applies to all bookings without exception.
A booking is considered confirmed when:
The guest agrees to the tour details via WhatsApp, email, or website message, and
A date is reserved on the calendar, and/or
A deposit or full payment is made.
From that moment, Lebanonaholic allocates that day exclusively for the guest and refuses other requests for the same date.
Lebanonaholic operates private tours with limited availability. Reserving a date means losing the opportunity to accept other clients for that day.
This reservation of time represents a real service commitment and financial allocation.
Because the day is reserved exclusively:
Cancellation 48 hours or more before the tour: Free of charge
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour: 50% of the tour price is due
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour: 100% of the tour price is due
No-show on the day of the tour: 100% of the tour price is due
This applies even if the guest did not yet make a payment.
Date changes are treated as cancellations if made less than 48 hours before the tour.
Tours operate in normal weather conditions. Weather does not qualify as a reason for last-minute cancellation.
In cases of major unforeseen events (road closures, natural disasters, security issues), Lebanonaholic may reschedule the tour without penalty.
By confirming a booking through WhatsApp, email, or website, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
This policy constitutes a service agreement between Lebanonaholic and the guest for the reservation of time, transportation, and guiding services for the specified date.
