The hikes are moderate in difficulty and suitable for most fitness levels. Reaching Chouwan Lake requires around 1.5 hours of walking back and forth, including some uneven terrain and gentle slopes. We take breaks along the way, and our guide ensures a comfortable pace for everyone. Good walking shoes are recommended.
Swimming is not officially permitted in either Chouwan Lake or Chabrouh Dam. However, many visitors do choose to swim at their own responsibility.
